For Hogenhouck M&A a leading M&A office, we delivered an event where we rented the complete track of Zandvoort for a day full of different activities
For Hogenhouck M&A, one of our long-standing and valued partners, we created a truly once-in-a-lifetime event by renting the entire Zandvoort circuit exclusively for their guests. The goal was to gather as many relations as possible and offer them a unique day filled with excitement, learning, and memorable moments. With more than 140 guests in attendance, the programme was designed to let everyone experience motorsport from up close while also creating an atmosphere that welcomed families and young children.
Throughout the day, guests explored several interactive activities that brought the world of racing to life. They visited the race control tower to learn how a circuit is managed during high-pressure events and took part in a hands-on pit stop challenge where they could feel the intensity and precision required in professional motorsport. We offered an engaging explanation about the differences between a road car and a race car, followed by a short lecture that provided even deeper insight into engineering, performance, and racing strategy. Guests also enjoyed the chance to drive in a professional racing simulator, letting them feel the thrill of pushing a car to its limits in a safe, controlled environment.
A key element of the event was that it was designed as a true family day. Many guests brought their families and young children, who played an important part in the experience. To make the day unforgettable for them as well, children were allowed to join their parents on the racetrack during special pace car laps at a controlled speed. Seeing families drive together on the famous Zandvoort circuit created some of the most heartwarming moments of the event.
The highlight for many adults came when every guest was given the opportunity to take their own car onto the track for a full lap. Experiencing the legendary corners of Zandvoort from behind the wheel of their own vehicle was a moment they will remember for years.
To close the day, everyone gathered for a relaxed barbecue in the sun, sharing stories, comparing their laps, and enjoying the warm, friendly atmosphere. It was the perfect ending to a day that blended adrenaline, family, learning, and hospitality into an unforgettable experience—exactly the kind of event we love creating.
